Rotisserie Chicken w/ Orange Sauce
1. Prep the Oven & Chicken
Preheat oven to 350˚F. Carve store brought rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces and place evenly into an oven-safe pan.2. Bake uncovered for 10-15mins until warm ( internal temperature 165˚F).3. Glaze and Serve.
Remove from oven, immediately pour 3/4 cup to 1 cup of Kowloon Orange Sauce evenly over warm chicken, toss to coat, and serve hot over rice or greens.
